What is Fringe?

Fringe is a rewards platform that lets you choose unique perks that you love. All future employee recognition gifts such as work anniversaries, thank-yous for going above and beyond, and other rewards will be distributed on Fringe going forward in the form of points. Fringe is a platform where you get to choose perks/services that best meet your individual needs. From leisure (Hulu, Spotify, etc.), to well-being (Talkspace, Skillshare), to delivery services (DoorDash, Shipt), and many more.

How do I know if I receive an award?

If and when you are eligible for an award or a gift, you will receive an email from Fringe letting you know that you have been awarded. Points will not expire. You can use your points right away or collect them to buy tickets or other experiences and services.
