Remote Work

Eligible employees at The Bishop’s School may utilize the Remote Work Arrangement (RWA) Policy

While our priority is to provide in-person support to our students, when appropriate, remote work can be a viable and flexible option for eligible employees. This policy may be appropriate for some employees and jobs but not for others. A remote work arrangement may be appropriate as a temporary accommodation in special circumstances. 

All remote work arrangements are made on a case-by-case basis, focusing first on the needs of the School. A remote work arrangement is not an entitlement, not a schoolwide benefit and cannot cause an undue burden on the School. 

If you are interested in pursuing a remote work arrangement, the first step is to discuss possible arrangements with your direct supervisor and submit the RWA Request Form to commence the application process.
