If you are married, we suggest you review the coverage currently offered through your spouse’s employer to avoid costly duplicate coverage.

Please remember to have all necessary information available when completing your online enrollment. The information that you should have when completing the enrollment include:

  • Social Security Number for yourself and your dependents
  • Date of Birth for yourself and your dependents
  • Proper spelling of each name. Please use legal names only.
  • Marriage or divorce certificates

Benefit elections may be made during our annual open enrollment period, within 30 days of your date of hire or within 30 days of a qualified life event.
